This page explains the Compensation Plan Chart

Overview:
1) Your Title. Titles assigned to each payout level as determined by personal business and/or group business. Titles will be determined monthly.
2) Override Payout Levels. This column summarizes the depth upon which you will be paid for your organizational volume. Inf indicates Infinity Bonus payout levels and qualifiers. The depth of the Infinity Payout is calculated on your entire organization without limitation, and it includes your personal volume.
3) Your Monthly Personal Qualifying Volume (PQV). This column summarizes the amount you must personally purchase each month to qualify for payouts as indicated in the payout plan. A minimum of $50 PQV per month is required to start earning override payouts/commissions.
4) Additional Qualifying Volume. This column summarizes the additional amount of volume needed to qualify for payout levels 3, 4, and 5, and all infinity levels. It will be calculated from your PQV and Direct Customer sales, and extra 1st levels (anyone who is not already qualified as your list level distributor) and whose activity is not used for other qualifiers. Personal Qualifying Volume (PQV) must be $100. Anything over $100 PQV that you do rolls down to your 1st level and you get paid on it.
5) Percent Override Commissions. This column summarizes the percent you will be paid on each respective level for which you qualify. It is applied to the rebate value of your qualifying volume, based on the product price lists.
6) Number of Personally Sponsored 1st level distributors, or higher title. This is the number of personally sponsored distributors with a minimum of $100 PQV for the month, you need to qualify for levels 2, 3, 4 and 5 (along with other qualifications for these levels).Your 1st level personally sponsored direct customers and wholesale buyers who purchase a minimum of $100 PQV will be included, as well as the number of personally sponsored 1st level distributors or higher title.
7) Infinity Bonus Qualification Criteria. You must meet the Presidential 2 star qualifications before you are eligible to begin to receive the Infinity Bonus Payouts. There are 5 levels of Infinity Bonus Payouts, starting with Inf 1 to Inf 5.
8) Infinity Bonus payouts start at 1% to a maximum of 5%. This percentage may be shared if other distributors in your organization also qualify for Infinity. Multiple distributors who qualify for the same level of Infinity in the same leg will share in proportion to their total Qualifying Volume in their respective first 5 levels. Sharing will be limited to no more than 5 qualified Distributors in the same leg.
9) Total Qualifying Volume of Personally Sponsored 1st Level Distributors or Higher Title. This is the sum of all the qualifying volume for all personally sponsored 1st level Distributors, including the volume of their direct customers. All of your 1st level personally sponsored people, distributors who purchase under $100 PQV and all direct customers and wholesale buyers purchasing PQV will also be included in this volume calculation, plus 1st level distributors or higher title. The volume calculation is based on QV and is restricted to personally sponsored people. Roll ups are NOT included. However, roll ups will count toward the 5% Leadership Pool.
10) Minimum Organization Qualifying Volume for Infinity Bonus. This column summarizes the minimum amount of total group qualifying volume, coming from outside your two largest legs, needed for Infinity Payouts for each respective infinity level. This volume includes your personal qualifying volume, and the qualifying volume of your entire organization, including direct customers.
11) New Personally Sponsored Annual Qualifying Volume. Qualifying Volume for the month ordered by personally sponsored distributors and Direct Customers signed up within the last 12 months. This is the volume each month ordered by personally sponsored people who have been with Achievers for less than one year, determined month by month.
12) 2nd Levels Qualifiers. Senior Distributors and higher count as one and Junior Distributors count as ½.

Infinity Plan Summary:
· Distributors must qualify as a Presidential 2 Star to be eligible for Infinity.
· Any amount over $100 QV count as 1st level volume and counts as commissionable volume at all levels.
· Additional 2% Incentive Floating Bonus payout available periodically.
· Distributors earn the difference between the largest Direct Consumer pricing and the lowest Distributor pricing when their Direct Consumers order directly from the company.
· Presidential 2 Star Distributors are eligible for the 5% Leadership Pool. (5% of the Company's total monthly qualifying volume (QV). You must continually assist, train and motivate your downline to also participate in the leadership pool.
· The width of your Presidential 2 Stars determines the depth of your earnings.

Additional Comments:
Refer to the Achievers Guidelines for additional existing policies, updated policies, and terms and conditions. Direct Customers. Direct Customers are those non-distributor customers that purchase from the company directly. These people do not participate in the Pay Plan. The qualifying volume from Direct Customer orders count towards their sponsors' Additional Qualifying Volume requirements. Distributors will get paid on this direct customer volume on the Pay Plan at the first level percentages. In addition, the sponsoring distributor will be paid a retail profit as indicated in the price list and/or guidelines. Wholesale Buyers. Direct Customers can elect to pay an annual fee of $10.00, and become Wholesale Buyers, which entitles them to purchase Achievers Products at reduced prices (Distributor Each and Distributor Case prices). Sponsoring distributors will get paid under the pay plan rules that apply, but there will be no retail profit earned by sponsors.

Under the new plan recruitment of husband and wife will not be permitted. However, members of the same household can either sign-up with the same sponsors outside of the household. New fees and annual renewal fees. Active distributors will have 3 choices to continue business with Achievers under the new buying policy and new product price structure. 1) Active distributors who want to continue to participate in the pay plan will pay a $20 annual renewal fee. 2) Active distributors who do not participate in the compensation plan can continue to purchase cases at the new case prices, as wholesale buyers. The wholesale buyers club annual fee is $10.00. This case price also applies to custom combo cases. 3) Active distributors who do not wish to participate in the pay plan or any Direct Customers, can pay a $10.00 annual wholesale buyers club fee and purchase products at the Distributor Each prices, or at the Distributor Case prices. Anyone who is not an active distributor or not in the wholesale buyers club can purchase Achievers products directly from the company at suggested retail prices. Only distributors need to complete and send in the Distributor Application and Agreement form for processing. Note that Distibutor Case prices include 6 units or over for custom combo cases, and in 6 unit/bottle lots of the same products per case (exceptions to this 6 unit lot per case may apply for some products). New Achiever's product price list and price structure is a suggested retail price for each product. This is the price that direct customers will pay when they order directly from Achievers. There is also a Distributor Each price. This is the price that active distributors and wholesale buyers will pay for individual products. The Distributor Case price is the price that active distributors and wholesale buyers will pay for cases of products. To become a new Independent Distributor, applicants must submit a $25.00 unconditional and refundable deposit (upon written request) with their Distributor application. In lieu of the $25 application deposit, applicants may opt to purchase an Achievers Fast Track Success Pack Starter Kit at $25.00, plus shipping and handling.
